How to Delete Your Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Cizorah account and all associated data.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Open the Cizorah App

Launch the Cizorah app on your device.

Go to Your Profile

Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) at the top right corner of the Profile page.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap the Delete Account button (shown in red).

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (display name, state, district)
  • Your anonymous user ID
  • Your reports and associated images
  • Your leaderboard points and activity history
  • All other data associated with your account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to delete your account from within the app, or if you need assistance, please contact us at support@cizorah.com and we will process your account deletion request within 48 hours.
