About Cizorah
India's First AI-Powered Anonymous Civic Safety & Emergency Response Platform
Our Mission
Cizorah exists to give every citizen the power to report corruption, track stolen items, find missing persons, and get emergency help — all anonymously and completely free. Safety and justice should not be privileges available only to those with power or money.
The Problem
Every year, $5.6 trillion is lost to corruption globally. Over 8 million people go missing. Millions of items are stolen with no effective way to track them. 93% of corruption cases go unreported because people fear retaliation. Emergency response is fragmented — victims don't know whether 112 is coming, when, or which vehicle. Existing systems are broken, slow, and often unaccountable.
Our Solution — 5 Modules in One App
Cizorah combines AI with community power to put five capabilities into a single anonymous app:
- Civic Reporting — anonymous or identified corruption reports with GPS verification, AI categorization, and auto-routing to the correct police station
- Missing Items — stolen phones, bikes, cars, wallets, bags with community sighting alerts and AI matching
- Missing Persons — real-time community alerts with AI facial matching across sighting photos
- Emergency SOS — one-tap dispatch for Police, Ambulance and Fire with ranked alerts, 10-second escalation, live tracking, and OTP completion
- Chat System — encrypted anonymous chat with police, responders and the community
The Ecosystem — 3 Products
The citizen app is just one-third of Cizorah. Three products work together as one response stack:
- Cizorah — the main app for citizens (5 modules, 12+ languages, 100% free)
- Cizorah Partners — a real-time dispatch app for 112 Police, Ambulance and Fire responders. Ranked alerts, one-tap accept, live victim tracking, OTP closeout.
- Cizorah Dashboard — a web dashboard for police stations. Auto-routed reports, anonymous chat with reporters, live SOS map, non-response alarms, analytics, and officer management.
A citizen taps SOS in Cizorah. The nearest vehicle receives it on Cizorah Partners. If no one accepts within 10 seconds, the alert escalates to the station on Cizorah Dashboard — no silent failures, no guesswork.
Our Story
Cizorah was founded by Awanish Kumar(Founder & CEO) and Amrita Saini (Co-Founder). What started as a mission to fight corruption grew into a full civic-safety and emergency-response platform spanning three connected products.
Our Technology
We use Claude AI (by Anthropic) for report categorization, fake detection, duplicate merging, stolen-item matching and facial recognition for missing persons. A 5-layer verification system (submission checks, AI, rate limits, community flags, penalty system) keeps reports authentic while preserving anonymity. The platform supports 12+ Indian and international languages.
Availability
Missing Items, Missing Persons and Chat are available globally from day one. Civic Reporting and Emergency SOS are live in India first, with more countries coming as local legal research and partnerships are completed.
